A program of carefully curated techniques and processes that are specialized to fit your unique needs. Individualized coaching involves a deep process of inner work designed to help you gain the most benefit from any of your personal, psychedelic experiences. 

I bring together my breadth of knowledge in psychedelic assisted-therapies, human psychology, energy medicine, and soulful spirit to inform your coaching program. 

Individualized Coaching requires your personal commitment and includes consultation, a thorough intake process to identify your personal needs and desired outcomes, preparation, guidance and integration work. There are no limits to the number of personalized coaching sessions that you can have. Because everyone is unique I do not offer coaching packages as I encourage a fluid engagement with full consent at every step of the process. 

These sessions are focused on answering your questions regarding micro-dosing and other psychedelic use. 

Many people are curious about using psychedelics and want to make sure they are able to use these sacred medicines in a sacred and intentional way. During consultation I will provide a screening for any contradictions for use. We will also discuss your expectations and reasons for use. Whether you are interested in engaging in coaching or exploring on your own a psychedelic consultation can provide you a foundation and gained insight into your personal process.

I also provide professional consultation to other providers. 

Integration is a very important part of the psychedelic process and supports you to gain the most benefit from your experience. 

Integration guidance sessions provide insight, guidance and structured techniques to help you bring your altered-state experience into your every day state. 

Integration is appropriate for micro-dosing, “mega-dosing”, old trips (many years ago), or very recent experiences. An experience does not need to be challenging to benefit from integration work. 

These sacred medicines are here to teach us, integration provides you the opportunity to live the lessons you have been gifted.

Preparation play is to support your curiosity about your experience. We work together to develop ceremony, safety and ritual to support your process or upcoming ceremony.

Together we playfully set intentions and tune in closely to the call of the medicine leading up to your journey.

Many people benefit from preparation play as it reduces anxiety and allows them to deepen their individual practices of growth.
