With a background in counseling psychology and certifications in both psychedelic assisted therapies and energy psychology practices I bring a diverse set of tools. It is my priority to always be in a beginners mind.
Originally from Massachusetts I am now blessed to call the island of Kauai my home. I enjoy a peaceful life with my two cats, dancing, walking the beaches, swimming, reading, and enjoying time with friends.

I have taken my decade of experience in the mental health field coupled with training and experience in energy medicine techniques, reiki and intuitive coaching to develop and provide a coaching experience for you that is carefully curated but most importantly led by your inner intelligence.
